please tell me its got a 300bhp let init lol
lol. I'll go with that dude.
They certainly win no beauty prizes in my eyes either!
Speaking of old men, that must be me. I'm wanting to go back to an open diff. This MiG malarky is wearing off. :(
please tell me its got a 300bhp let init lol lol 110bhp 2.0 redblock with uber low C/R 8:5:1 IIRC.
Has a shed load of torque though. She's not shy :) For a Volvo it's light too, just over 1000kg's.
It will be having a turbo and injection bolted onto this block or a 2.3 turbo lump fitted in the near future though. No LET's lol. 13mm rods FTW. :d

there was 1 of these on internet with a 400bhp volvo turbo lump init that had mini lights on too lol
Was it blue or white?
If it's Johnny's white one, my mate now has the engine lol. We're gonna fit it into one of his many V 300's some time soon.
That car certainly did shift! Still ugly though. lol

ugly is good my bro has got an old renault 11 turbo in storage its ugly but cool :)
A Renault 11! I bet the Retrorides lot would have a semi over that. I thought they were all dead! lol
Cheers Count :) I need to sort the front grille out and acquire some raised letter 70's style plates shortly me thinks. Reckon it would suit that style plate? I know it's not really in keeping with the car but it's still almost 26 years old. Only downside is the £60 they seem to cost. :(

Hmm i think the wheels are too small. They look a bit lost in the arches.
You need to get yourself a B230FT with a 16v head and a huge turbo.
I need the front down a little more -2" all round ATM, say 20mm to even the ride height out. I know what you mean about them looking a little small. Most times I like the look (on this car) but certain angles I don't agree with. I'm running 175/50/13's on a 7J rim. I want tyres with a larger side wall, that will help I think.
I'm not gonna spunk loads of money on this TBH mate. A B230FT is what I fancy though, just the 8v and standard snail I think though. Otherwise I will need to strengthen the coupling on the torque tube.
I'll leave the big power FT to my mate. lol

lol looks good. Damn, never thought i'd say that about a Volvo!!
EDIT: just remembered, back in college a lad had a 440 turbo. I laughed at him, until he took me out in it. Wiped the smile from my face in some style. lol i even got an insurance quote just for fun!!
I can also vouch for how strong these are. SIPS FTW. I t-boned one of these in my first Nova. It hurt.
Same, wheels look too small IMO. Makes it look a bit euro, of which I am not a fan.

lol Lolvo appreciates your kind words dude.
Aye, never underestimate a 440 or 850, even if they are wrong wheel drive lol. My mate had his 850 T5 running around 260bhp and his brother bagged a 440 turbo from the auctions and it used to keep with the T5! lol
Get one Pete. join us!
I'll introduce you on the pipe n slippers club. lol

Aye, I don't like euro much either. A lot of this 'euro' look originates from Japan anyway IMO. That's besides the point though. lol
I'm not euro anyway, I have the correct ET to fit inside my arches! Just need bigger tyres, OMG I sound like you. :plol
2.5 deg negative camber looks pretty sweet from the back I reckon. I don't wana be classed as a scenester though lol.

I think it needs 14's at least and some tyres with a larger overall rolling radius.
Having more sidewall on the 13's is going to remove a lot of the precision and feel that you get from low profile tyres?

That for instance sits much better imo.
That car does the rounds lol Ali's old one if I'm not mistaken, factory bodykit makes it look lower too IMO.
Problem with running 14/15's is it raises the car a mile up, yeah it fills the arches a little but at cost. Plus for this car I really want dished wheels.
Also, most of the better known cars are mk3's, like the black turbo - and they lend themselves better to larger wheels as they have bigger bumpers and a more 'modern' look overall IMO.
Agreed on the precision side of it too, it does hold a slide very well on these 50 walls, but a little more will be fine. A few lads run larger and get on fine. I was skidding mine about with 205/60/14 Speedlines a couple of months back so anything lower than that is a bonus lol.
Anyway, it doesn't see much money from me lol. I'm not like the rest of them, happy to drop £1000 on a set of 15" Comp ML's lol

About time fella, looks quality
Thought you and that barge had been washed away again
Ta Ben. I had some sucky fruit sweets in the centre console and my mate laughed at me. :( lol. Another mate has a bag of Werthers scattered across his parcel shelf for 'the look' lol.
Cheers Joe. never seen much of you on MSN for ages mate, thought customs and excise had detained you! We might get flushed away tonight! At least if out bridges get wiped out no geordies can get in. lol
Find me a duck tail type spoiler! The one on the Saab 9000 in the scrappers wouldn't come off. I reckon it would be OK like. lol

Swap you a Chevy Nova dude. :)
Spud, I have just gotten these last week, but won them about 2 months ago. However, I wonder if you are referring to another set of ML's I had? They were 13x6 iirc and had a stupid low ET. They were magnesium ones though so were sold on quickly. :)
Cheers boys.
