has anyone had these tyres? what are they like? and do you think they are better than t1r's

i have, theyre good, if prehaps just off-the-pace of toyo t1r's..
One reason why theyre good is theyre cheaper than toyo's, i paid £150ish for set of 4, new... and er yeah, theyre just as good really..

oh i wanted them in 40's and s-drive come out more than the toyo's

I'd say they've got a bit less feel than the toyos but a bit more grip, not had them on long enough to comment on wear rate yet. I still prefer p zeros though

no idea, always used 45's, dunlop do a 40, not used them on a nova but a very good tyre on bigger cars. Have a look into uniroyal rainsports too, very impressive

p-zero's; £90-odd each??
t1r's; £50-odd each
s-drive's; £35-£45-odd each

you get what you pay for ,p-zeros are twice the price, usually..

well worth shopping around, last time i got p zeros i paid 57 each

well if youre lucky to live close to such a cheap supplier then great, otherwise its +postage..?

inc postage, plus fitting. Never paid more than a tenner to have 4 tyres fitted and balanced though.

Last few years though I've found my local independant place that specialises in commercial stuff has been just as cheap as online prices, and that includes fitting, so like i said, shop around :)
