WTF :tard:

"Luxury Car Tax - if you buy a car from a dealer for more than $57,009, in addition to the Stamp Duty, you will also have to pay Luxury Car Tax. No Luxury Car Tax is due if you buy a car from a private individual."

Theres me thinking UK Car tax is con lol lol

Not really, only the same as people buying the new Focus RS's here.

Evo's are like $50k+ along with skylines an Imprezas go for about $25k over there.

Wheres are V8 Ute's can be had for about $5k an Mk1/2 Escorts about $15k.

it depends on how much this "luxary car tax" actually is, for someone that can spend $57,009 on a new car, im sure something like that wouldnt leave them short handed

I *think* its 5% of the retail price if it exceeds $57k

so if the car was the $57k then its $285 (yes i can do maths) which wont be too bad. but it is stupid on how they have to pay for having money to spend.

not 'that' different from the showroom tax soon to be implemented here... you pay it the first year/time and thereafter its just a slightly gentler raping.

$50 per every $1k is $2500 alone is it not??

50 x 50 = 2500

(might be wrong, i went to a council school :tard: )

What 5% of 700? CBA to math it up lol im at ten hundred something but ran outta fingers :(
