No reason why you cant take a sunroofed car? People often prefer them because theyre more rigid and easier to fit cage

Nope, doesn't matter if you have a sunroof or not.

I'd suggest you invest in some decent front pads and a pair of good tyres up-front.

sometimes they ask you to tape it over so just take some gaffa tape/ insulation tape... other than that, have fun!

i think your a tad confused mate. most cages a designed for cars without sunroofs therefore its much harder to fit one with a sunroof. also how the hell is a roof with a big **** off hole cut in it gonna be more rigid??

People do track days in convertibles, so having a sunroof shouldnt be an issue.

Get out there and enjoy!

T1's will take a beating on a dry day but might just about do you fine in the wet

if your going on the track mate i,d question your tyre choice,i think toyos are ****e,had the proxos on the nova and the t1r,s on ma pug, neither were very good in the dry and both hopeless in the wet imo

888"s or yoko paradas spec 2 for a dry tyre, pirelli p6000-goodyear eagle f1,s for a well priced all round tyre, its all down to what you can afford at the time bud,i tried the toyos just to see,i found zero grip with slightest bit of damp/rain but its only my opinion, would never buy them again but many others would disagree

Kumho KU31's all weathers.

888's are great but they will mask a lot of underlying faults with the car/driver.
I find it more fun on a slightly limited grip setup so you can find the limit without being at near death speeds.
