Wheres best for getting a bolt in fia roll cage for a nova? and also what make do people recomend?

I'm sure people on here will say if its a worth while buy or even a rip off.

Yea ive been looking at the OMP ones had a look in classifieds but nothing close to me lol who sells the safety devices ones?

I know but they may have the fronts in stock just not listed. Try calling them. ;)

Builds cages to your requirements, Race prepares drift cars etc.... so knows what hes doing!

can some1 explain the difference in theses 2? whats profiled ends? sorry for being a noob lol

I think one is weld in, the other is bolt on, as a lot more work is needed to finish a bolt on cage. I would call to make sure though!

The harry hockley cages are all full multipoint weld in jobs. Profiled ends means it fits together nicely, the other one is just a load of plain tubes cut roughly to length. Basically unless you have the right equipment a complete ball ache, and even if you do have the equipment, not easy!

But as you're after a bolt in cage, not worth considering lol (although personally i'd always go weld in)

And as for peter lloyd, I've always found them very helpful in the past but never bought anything big from them.

Just don't expect a bolt in nova cage to look like the one in that pic lol

i got one for £120 on ebay it was a bolt in 6 point Safety Devices cage with turret bars aswell.

Rubbed it down sprayed it black and now its like new!

SD got bought over a couple of years ago and euro rally bought the remaining nova cages, not sure whats happening now.

I just got a full fia omp international spec cage, for £250 brand new!

Has been forsale on here for a while!

Demon thieves are doing fia cages for £452 iirc!

Had to be made to order and took 4 weeks to arrive.

Loads of different options tho.
