xe coolant temp switch plug

my coolant temp switch plug broke off today because the cables were brittle :cry: . i cant run the car atm because im still rebuilding it. i have phoned around a few places and no-one has and old loom or an other car that might have the same plug i could cut and join i was just wounding if i could run the car without it as a temp measure or if there is another car with the same plug wanted to get the car running next weekend :cry: .

Go to scrapyard, snip off a CTS connector from another Vauxhall. Leave.

Simples.

Probably not. But the ones on most MPI 16v engines I've seen on Omegas, Tigras, Corsas & vectras etc all look suitable.

GM/Bosch injector plugs can also be used...

got a plug in the end from a tigra thanks everyone now jus got a problem with it starting :cry:
