Since lowering me car 100mm on the rear, evertime i go over a bump the big washer that fits inside the car on the shock creates a gap and makes a banging noise when it comes back down. the car is on fk dampers could they be bottoming out? getting p****d off with it.

Ive lowered the back of mne about 60mm or something, and i have the same problem.
I have a set of 100mm springs coming in a few days so its gonna get worse.
The way i think of fixing it is to get 2 rubber bushes one on top of the other, or space the gap out with some washers or something.
