strange Bumper

Ok guys
I have a guy offering me a Sri front bumper he bought from the back of Max Power a year ago.
The only funny thing is that its white naturally instead of black??What's that all about?Is it ok for ?35 no marks
Also he had it on a mrk 1 nova but I wanna fgit it two a mRK 2 will it still fit??

i think it could be a copy! all the vauxhall ones are black plastic.
