gte rear bumper

Whats everyones opinion on having a gte rear bumper on a mk2, also would it fit.

Will fit fine aslong as you get the correct mouting clips for the sides otherwise it will hang down, will look odd though if the front end is still running a mk2 bumper!

I only ask as i like the lip that goes round the bottom of the bumper, Ive got a golf gti front splitter and gsi skirts I just thought it might look good. when you say the correct mounting clips, what the ones on the bumper or the ones on the actual car themself mate.

there for the side of the car they bolt to it and then the bumper slides on iirc

fits, you need to drill 2 holes on each side for the clips though.

im with all the other dont likers, they look parp, there used to be a mk2 nova in my town with a GTE kit on it, that looked uber parp!

yea i wouldnt do it....gsi all the way if you want a different bumper.
