Gear linkage!

i could do with a new linkage, blew my fist gearbox up because mines cr*p... i think you might be able to rob the plastic bushes out of a different linkage and put them in your nova linkage... worth a try...

can be done dan, their only bits of plastic, but be careful, their really fragile, hence why people do the rose jointed linkage mod, more heavy duty

I was told to do this also by a local mechanic, can I buy brand new sockets for say a vectra/corsa and press them in ?

Am only after the linkage which is bolted on top of the gear box,the other bit is ok!

I dont want to make one as I will have nothing to fall back on to, if I had a spre then I would rose joint it!

I dont need a quick shift i need the nylon cups/sockets!
