I've edited your post so I can understand it, but worse than the grammar and spelling I have a real issue here.

It will always be SR on the V5, but you MUST inform the DVLA of the change in Engine Size and the new Engine Number or risk a criminal conviction, and then the new owner will have to pay the correct rate of 'road fund licence'.

Note the DVLA will NEVER change the model or bodystyle. I know this because I reshelled a mk2 1.1 Fiesta GL Hatch using the bodyshell from a mk2 1.1 Fiesta Car Derived Van Popular Plus and after numerous letters back and forth they finally changed the V5 to show that it was a Car derived van with rear side windows, but as they did not have room they changed it from Car Derived Van to Van with Rear side windows.

I'm sorry if you think I'm spamming your advert, but It would take 5 minutes for you to fill in the V5, photocopy it just in case, but it in an envelope with a stamp and post it off to the DVLA.
