I would go for a bigger engine, 1.2 +

If ur not going to get one of the sports models get a corsa as wot micky said is true.

the 1.2sxi(i think) corsa's are pretty cool. my mates got one, good base model with alloys and decent bumpers.

1.2 Corsa! Just look at antons! It looks totally different and hes only slammed it and put nice wheels on!

DEF a 1.2 coz you WILL regret a 1.0!

how about a proton, the ones with the drilled look arches they are pretty mean, and they come in a 1.3. or a suzuki swift? something different to think about? skoda felicia?

although if you're talking about a brand spanker the new clio's aint bad... but at least if you get vauxhall you know damn well there is gonna be plenty of bits around for modifying it.

Yeah the Lotus engineered ones, i dont think that he can jump that far from thge 1.0l range.

I wouldnt buy any of those, but i would never buy a 1.0l car.

Do as I've done, use the money you were going to spend on modding and use it to buy a better car to start off with.
