body rot!

I am wanting to fix my nova up to a good spec but have noticed rust on the arches! As i am a novice at bodywork, but willing to have a go with relevant information in mind, will it be worth trying to do it myself or get a bodyshop to do it?! It is not serious yet but as i have moved near the sea (salt air an all that) it might get worse faster! Is it worth welding or shall i just rub down, prime and fibreglass the said areas?:confused:

get a professional to weld new ones in, then get on a local college evening class in welding, then once you've learnt how, you will be ready to tackle a nova

If your wanting to tackle a nova, a level 30000 super advanced i can weld anything course is best!:thumb:

See what its like first, if its just surface rust have a go, if theres a big gap between the inner and outer arch, see what you feel like doing lol
