recently my engine has been making a strange noise i located it to be the bottom pulley it is a though it is chattering any suggestions why its doing this and how to fix it thanks :thumb:

I'm guessing it's had the rubber mount pulley cut (p/s edge cut off) for the nova conversion. If you've cut all the way through the rubber it weakens them significantly. This will be your problem.

You'll need a new bottom pulley, get it cut properly this time!

Get it machined on a lathe, mine cost £20 at a local engineering place to have done.

I just cut/ground mine to where the pulley starts angling outwards
