What discs?

I got some brake calipers off a V6 Calibra today but the discs are 5 stud. Does anyone know where I can get 4 stud discs that will fit please?

Fiat Coupe Non-turbo 20v
Vaux Meriva 1.8TD If i remember correctly. . . (288mm or there abouts)

Edit: Meriva 1.7TDCi will fit. 288mm, 4 stud.

Id double check ther Meriva ones. They may be 280mm on further inspection . .
