how to set up a 1.4 sr carb

rite ive got a problem with my sr since ive had its felt very unresponsive and flat power wise and tonite i was driving home with my mate behind me and he said every time i slow down it pops flames which tells me its running rich as so how do i set the carb up or is this an expert job:thumb:

Drive it to a rolling road and let them take a look.

probably not over fueling. chances are the carb is the same as it left the factory and that somthing else has changed making it do such a thing. make sure all other faults are fixed/rectified before you adjust the carbs.
