I guess its all down to what you want really. I don't think the hatch wide arches suit it, but flairing the round ones out further can work.
[edit] the white widearcher would look better if the sills were flaired to match

If you are going to do it then I would have them flare out at the top, but taper in to a normal size where they meet the sill. The yellow saloon above looks odd with the rear arch sticking out so much where it meets the rear bumper.
