r1 carbs on c20xe with 1.6 dizzy set up

need some HELP iam running a 1.6 dizzy with r1s car run,s but not very well try to move the dizzy but does not help need some one that has done it before rep for some help raymond :thumb:

What size are your jets?, and what's the No on the dizzy?, have you used a timing light to set the ign timing, what's it set to at the moment?
