A chap at my local audio centre has an escort cossie with something similar to this, it sends text messages to his phone when its being over-revved or taken over the speed limit. The last garage he sent it to were apparently doing something similar and away he sent a message back to his car saying "OFF". Half an hour later the garage rang him saying they couldn't get the car to start (MEGA FAIL) and the mechanic was stook on a test drive on a B-road.

To cut a long story short the car hasn't been back there again lol

Read that story a good while back when it first happened. them roadhawk kits are a nice bit of kit and isn'T that expensive considering. May invest in one down the line, deffo a boys toy.

Happens all the time, few years ago i left my car for any mot. When i came back the car wasn't there. Asked where it was and was told they moved it around the back cause it failed. As the tester and my self walked out the main door two young fitters came on to the forecourt at about 50, yanking on the handbrake..

I wasn't impressed. Got the mot for free and a full tank of fuel from it.
