Pics of banded steels on saloon Please.

Hi,

Does anybody have any pics of banded steels on a nova saloon please as i am thinking of getting mine done when i run into some money next year. I currently have 15" cav steels on with 195/45 tyres.

Also what size up should i go (1" 2" 3") and what size tyres to put on for a slightly streched look. Doesn't matter about arch space either.

8j with 195-45 i guess.

remember that banding only is done on the outside, so youre offset is dropping massivly.

Sorry may have mislead. I was just giving you an idea of the width of the wheels at the moment, the tyres i have are not going back on, new tyres will be souced. not sure wheather to stretch the tyres or just get mahoosize ones.

i know ;) but if youre going 8j a 195-45 tyre is what you want ;)

R i see. Cool looks nice, what size do you recon my wheel is at the moment being a 195 tyre fits it normaly(if you know what i mean) standard 15" vauxhall steel. 6J??

the last one is a 4.5j banded to 7.5j.. keep an eye on this, as a 4.5j is getting a lower offset as a 5j after banding

i just dont get why the are so F'ing expensive in the uk.

here a set banded SR steelies (14 inch incl centercaps) with good tyres goes for about 4-500 euro's.

banding is about 100 euro for 4 wheels.

Export them and make a couple of quid

Find some V6 Cav's rims and get an inch and a half added and send me them over..
