good 1.2 carb engine or cam for same

I need a decent 1.2 engine to transplant into my car, or a good cam to fit it as mine is shot. (I need a clutch too if anyone has one lying around.)
Need to be sensible prices please as I've been out of work for 6 months and I'm skint :)

I'm in Greater Manchester so local would be great seeing as I have no car...might be able to get a lift for the right engine though...
