Tweaking a Cav 1.7 Turbo Derv

I,ve just got hold of a cav 1.7 td engine that i am putting in a nova, and i wanna tweak it, i've had a bit of info from the lads on migweb and it seems feasable to look at 120bhp & awesome torque but i cant see me getting that sort of power from the following mods: -

Exhaust
Filter
Tweak the fuel pump
1 bar of boost
intercooler

opinions please lads

if u lower the compression ratio, you should be able to get atleast 1.2 bar

i remember seeing a pic od a td vectra somewhere thats done it

i dont really wanna have to rip the block apart, if i can help it and i've been told that i can run 17psi for short bursts and 14psi all day long on standard pots

PM Micky owens, he tuned a vectra diesil

there are some tuned diesil owners on here, give them chance to reply

from memory though diesil is very tunable, and good results from a few chosen mods
