I might be rid of my Nova shortly, just sold the GTE seats to a chap on eBay (for a TENNER!) who restores Novas to their former glory then sells them! He was telling me that he has a 1.4SR he will be using as a road legal track car, and then he is currently restoring a Rotten GTE!!

So he might be buying mine off of me, with all the stuff in the garden for it! not to split for parts but to resore and put back on the road!! :eek:

Well i mentioned that and he did mention that he doesnt expect to see a profit.

Its not likley he would unless he can pretty much do it cheaply and sell it on as a minter!

the price of novas these days, id say it'd be pretty easy to turn out a profit if you could get hold of half decent shells for a good price

Well he said that he got himself a rotten GTE that he has to re-shell most of the front end, then he plans to use it whilst his normal car is off the road. he would have to do the work very cheaply then sell it on very expencive to make it worth the while!
