may sound daft to most of you in the know so excuse the question if it sounds daft, as most of you know im building a 2ltr 8v turbo motor, now bought a turbo off ebay (new) and it doesnt come with a actuator, what exactly does it do? there's no visable way of fitting one or any were to conect it to, any idea's?

you need an external wastegate. it needs piping into your exhaust manifold before the turbo. you then vent the gas back into the exhaust after the turbo, or for super nuttyness, vent to atmosphere and et voila, one screamer pipe. try here : www.vaux-extreme.com
