braking issue

hi all

i have a very concerning problem, for a few days now i have lost almost all braking, i have bled all four corners, they were fine. Checked rear cylinders and they are dry and fine.

when the ignition is off the pedal goes hard but when the engine is on i can hear a wooshing sound when i press the brake pedal and it goes all the way to the floor.

any ideas would be appreciated

have you checked the vacume pipe?

Brake servo seals gone?

As if it was the pipe, It wouldnt go to the floor iirc?

have you still got brake fluid in the reservoir?
Pedal to the floor and no braking implies that the master cylinder seals have failed/inverted

there is brake fluid in the reservoir - so should i get a new servo and go from there?
