im away to put in my cams in my red top and got told that the bolts should be torqued to 30nmw is this correct just that a guy from work said to doulbe check it cause he thinks its less

camshaft bearing caps.

m8 20nm or 15lbf ft
m6 10nm or 7 lbf ft

i know, but the 2 on the ignition are m6 ;)
