what are these parts called??

i need to get a couple of new parts, but im not sure wot there called, i need a new impact bar?? that might be wot its called, it sits behind the front bumper and its relay hard metal, i guess its there to protect the engine bay its self against head on crashes..
i also need another part for the front of the car, its the big sheet of metal at the front that sits under and behind the 'impact bar'n it holds on the front bumper by screws underneath, and also helps to support the front wings with 2 screws conectin to each wing, hav no idea wot its called..
also, has anyone got any idea how much these parts cost?

they sell complete front ends, all you explaine din one pannel, that you just cut and weld in.

is the damage really bad?

as its sometimes easier to reapir if its not that bad, rather than cutting the whole pannel out and trying to fit a new front end complteley square is very difficult
