the best car I ever drove ever was a 4 door mk2 escort 1.6 with tarmac rally springs. it was not pretty, or comfortable, and i only owned it a week. it had failed its mot and i'd done a deal with its previous owner that if it failed, i'd take it to the scrap yard & split the money with him.

the 10 mile drive to the scrapper was done at warp speed, with the back wheels bouncing off the verges, full on opposite lock round every bend, i had sooo much fun doing that trip.

Probably too worried about understeer lol Problem with the 190 is unless you drive the nuts off it, its just a 140. The extra power only comes from lift at 6500rpm or whenever it kicks in. Yo.

I don't think I've been in anything particularly special :(

obviously, unfortunately, not the actual one in the pic, but it was tuned/modified with minilites. Near 200bhp. Guy knew how to drive, guess that made it more memorable.
Made me want twin carbs lol.

Been in and driven a fair bit off exotica but the car that got me twitching the most was a caterham r500 superlight being driven by a nutter in the wet around snetterton. Grant really knows how to drive and my asshole was twitching all the way round.

Fastest car ive driven is a friends 300bhp type ra impreza. Astra vxr, corsa vxr Never driven a massively fancy car :cry:

Been taken out in a friends 240bhp mk1 nova , 260bhp pulsar and your usual evolutions, r32 golfs, arctic corsas, v6 clio and a z4m.

Some of which are very nice cars :)

For consistant smiles, NOTHING has beaten the 16v Nova (yet), for the sheer joy of beating people in cars that it shouldnt etc.
However since ive had the Lexus I dont think id not want to own at least one RWD car at all times, speed is one thing, but controling a drift is the best way to get a driving Buzz.

Ive never been overly excited by being driven fast, ive been out in my mates tweaked E46 M3, which was phenomenally fast, but without being in contol of the loud pedal it just isnt the same.

Been in a couple nice cars which I don't have pics of. This is probably the best one I have been in most recently and with a pic of. Coming back from work (in the Nova) on a sunday and see this in the middle of our 3 car drive. Had to stop and double check I saw correctly, really had though we won the lottery lol Whoever walked past our drive stopped and starred, so much attention.

It's really a sleeper if theres such a thing, my cuz's husband bought it. Has the Carrera RS engine fitted to it muhahaha, shifts like mad, the interior is so lovely too especially the seats. Bargain at just under 100k. Goes to the ring when he can and does a few trackdays aswell.

Also been in a mates R33 Skyline modifed to 600BHP everything chrome under the hood and blue samco's, a perfect show car and it shifts.

Other then that a Nova lol

Ive driven some pretty rad cars TBH.

GrpA Escort Cosworth was by far the most fun though!! Gravel tyers in a wet tarmac industrial estate road lol

Fastest tho, prolly my mate Paul's RS500 when it was 650bhp without gas (had 150 in a bottle) on gas it was immense.

Had part dealings in the build of a 200bhp 106 XSi which was insane.

been in - havent been in anything exoctic etc tbh, a guy i know has a mk3 RWD escrote with 300-350bhp and shedloads of torque

driven - my dads 5series 525 beemer was a lovely motorway mile muncher at high speed, still trying to get my mum to give me the keys to her 320td beemer lol

and my old XE nova was obviously great fun untill the crossmember pulled itself away lol

would love a go in a 200bhp 106 tho - been eyeing up GTI-6 engines for mine

I borrowed a mates M5 BMW for the weekend a couple of years ago and took it for a bimble over to Malham in the Yorkshire dales.

Boy did it drink petrol but it was so nice and comfy and practical with a big boot, but when you floored it the world went very blurry !!!
