vauxhall nova 1.2 mk1 white project car

This is my white 1.2 star nova mk1, G reg, selling as a project as no mot or tax, and needs some attention, is all standard including the good old radio/cassette! lol. I do not have the key for the car as i bought it from a house clearance, (previous owner died) i have the v5 for this car, with 1 PREVIOUS OWNER! and a genuine 37,000 miles on the clockk! with service history, book stamped to prove it, the v5 however is not in my name, it is in the person who died's name, it has been stood for a while, and i've fillered in abit of the bottom of the doors, but it needs a bit of welding here and there, i do not have any pictures of it, as i've currently taken out the carpet to clean as it smells like old man! any questions message me. The car starts and drives (brakes sorter stuck on) but engine sounds mint! no rattles etc. The handbrake cable has snapped, and needs a few bits doing here and there thats why i'm selling as a project. thanks:):) i dont know what its worth eyy £280?
