Firstly; use the search function (advanced) It's been discussed umpteen times.

Secondly; There are no staff from Bogg Bros on this site. Pick up a phone....

I don't wanna sound ar$ey, but you are asking to be spoon fed.

Ive said this over and over lol,

1. Im assuing you will use megajolt as the 16xe doesnt have a notch in the cam for the distributor.

2. You will need the carbs balanced and jetted to suit a 1600cc

3. On me 2.0 xe mines a modified standard manifold but bogg bros will do you one around £200 iirc.

4. You will need a r1 pump thats fits inline.

thats as much as i can help as mines a running a dizzy setup. :D

Megajolt is definately a good option - im in the process of putting it on mine so will have a comparision to a dizzy soon, manifolds from a few places (mines from tom reid on here). Carbs will need to be jetted as stated above. Fuel pump wise im using a facet cube and filter king regulator.

Inlet manifold, BB or "others".
Megajolt and Ford edis coilpack and crank sensor, loom to connect all ignition parts,Ford zetec plug leads.
Trigger wheel and bracket for crank sensor.
Modified alternator bracket.
If fitting to a Nova, the o/s chassis leg may need modifying.
