get a new shell

or maybe get one of those strut braces than adjust, and try for it back with adjusting it?

Chris.B
03-11-09, 07:08 PM
The only way really would be to jig it.
Or get giddy with a sledge hammer...

nah tbh braces are pretty darn strong, no other way tbh without a proper jig

dont be soft!!!

it needs jigging, and at £50 per hopur for jig time (you will need 2-3 hrs) its already expensive. then factor all of the rot into it, splashguards, battery tray, inner and outer rear arches, doors, and its getting expensive. plus at some point in its life its had a nsf chassis leg and inner wing repair. imho if you have acess to a body shop go for it, if not take the motor and box out and sell the rolling shell on bud.

maybe if people listened to what he said about this car in the first place rather than attacking him for trying to do the right thing, this lad wouldnt have been ripped off!

still shouldnt buy a nova in the dark though mate....lol

If you cut it out of another nova its a lot of work, new chassis legs might still be around from germany?

If it was me id strip it back, work out how bad it is and work from there.

nova-taken
04-11-09, 12:25 PM
Personally id go see the guy, and rip his lil throat out, he musta known for crying out loud, if he said he's driven it, how the funk would he not know the shafts were out of the box??

if thats the case said car would be a stand still!

Spudly

Can we all pack it in from dreaming up keyboard warrior ways of exacting revenge and posting it up, this is a work in progress thread, yes its bad whats happened but posting crap like that does nothing for the image of PNG least of all the nova.

Any more comments like that and ill delete the thread thankyou.
