Is the c20ne/seh coil the same as the c20xe because ive just got a redtop but have no coil with it.:confused:

The engine is a 1992 i think its c20xe but with a distributor.

and rich could i use the 2lt 8v coil or is it a no no altogether.

not 100% but i think the plugs different. I know i didnt use the 8v one when i done a 2ltr 8v to 16v conversion in my old astra

right well ill have to just try it on an 8valve one if it fits the plug its a bonus.

Id think you'd need the xe modulator...is it a modulator? that just doesn't sound right lol the black thing that sits under the coil
