If you can find a way of holding the hose etc onto the carb then yes. Injection usualy use a corsa tophat elbow, which if you can find a way of fixing that to the carb it would make it very easy.

Why not just use the pancake style one with a k&n filter?

on the std 1.2 pan filter, junk the rattly flap valve & get some ducting to run a cold air feed from the front grille next to the rad, then fit a k&n element

Just be careful in water splashes if you have a cold air feed!

Imo, pick up a k&n filter for the pan box, then either drill it(the box), or run a colder feed to behind the head lamp or something, that stops the heat soak from the exhaust but should be relatively safe from water. Cheap as chips!

i heard that the length of the pickup pipe effects the power and torque curves. shorter for better power, longer for better torque.

I went to the scrappy and there was a saab 2.0 turbo, i took the pipe off the turbo, chopped it, chopped the rubber and stretched it over the carb, jubilee clip around it, and bang an air filter on the end. Sorted.
