i had a pot type flywheel on my old red top that blew up and im in the middle of swappin everythin across to my new red top which has a flat type fly wheel, will i need to by a new pressure plate and to fit it. not intirely sure.

Yes you do you will need the earlier type clutch

To be honest a good quality standard one will be fine !!! depending on what power your going to be pushing !!
