time has come to sell on
so here goes my calypso red gte for sale.
the car at present is sorned off the road and has also run out of m.o.t
right the rust issue's;
a 1"sqaure hole to the battery tray clamp
also a 3"sqaure patch of rust to the boot floor behind the drivers side light
driver's side rear arch is beginning to bubble the driver's side door and wing have also fallen to the dreaded rust.
it has had work done on the car reagrding rust this is to the driver's side turret(that is it as far as i know about welding on the car)
the interior,its all standard, usual wear to the bolster on the driver's seat
1 or two burn holes on the back seat behind the driver's seat!(was there when i bought it im affraid),parcel shelf uncut.
exterior,besides the rust issue's ive mentioned the passenger side wing is dented due to some women hitting me(panel damage only) there is a patch around the sunroof which has lost its laquer due to it being taped up with "masking tape"(sunroof was smashed by some thug)
also the rear quarter windows and back window are tinted for the same reason(smashed by some thug) other minor bits and bobs.
the engine(E16SE),what can i say, faultless and original,no knocking/tapping etc(the milage reads 84072 although i cant confirm this i accept it is correct as a women owned it for 8 years before i did)ive owned the car for 4/5 years and done around 11k in that time)
i recently gave it a good servicing,including new leads,new spark plugs,oil,oil filter,new battery(vauxhall item) new radiator.it runs sweet tbth.
around 16 month back it had new K/N cone filter, brake discs and pads fitted and also a new timing belt and tensioner(the car has been parked up for 11 month)so like new.
ice,there is a jbl amp in the boot with new speaker's in the rear.
i will be taking the headunit as i paid dear for it(i will be putting thwe "original cassete player" in there!)
extra's,these will all come with the car, 2 x gm wings in white totaly perfect condition regards rust rot etc(paid good money for them),also a pattern part wing,new still in primer.1 x drivers side door totaly free of rot/rust(small dent just above the door handle)(mk1 item),also two passenger door the blue one(mk2)is in perfect condition regards rot/rust etc the red one(mk1)has been bent back inits time but put back therefore leaving a crack in the paint.
,also a red mk1 bonnet again totaly free of rot rust etc.
there is also various other items such as a GTE (gm)door sticker,orange indicator's,lockwoodd sills,roof gutter rails,andprobaly a few other bits and bobs ive forgot to mention
edit; set of windows(gte/gsi type green tint to replace the tinted items)
the car is currently on 13" steels with new tyres all round,will also come with the original 14"steels and GTE trims
i know ive gone a bit,but wanted you to know as much as you can about the car before i sell it on:)
i will add anything that comes to mind that i have forgot about.
im looking for £650 ovno
also please no quotes unless seriously intersted in the car(i will ask admin to clean it up otherwise!)
