C20NE on 20SEH Injection (maybe)

Hi there
I am currently putting a c20ne into a nova.
The 20seh which i was going to put in had a cracked block so i bought the ne,
The ne that i bought didnt have any manifolds to i have swapped these off the 20seh including the wiring harness, injection stuff, pulleys and fitted the old type waterpump to match the tooth pattern etc etc,
I was wondering if this would work as i think the 2 engines have different compression ratios, is there any other differences, can anyone help?, Chris

its pretty much different cutouts in the pistons to lower the comp in ne's

20seh differences over c20ne:-
cam is an irmisher grind, flat top pistons, valves are 1 mm bigger, ecu map is slightly richer, exhaust is bigger (48mm to 52mm) and the head has slightly larger ports (but only the early ones.)

Do you think it will run ok on the seh injection system though?
