i need a project car to complete my course at college, thinking of engine converstion in a nova, got about £300 pound to spend on the car, can collect the car if within reasonable distance of my location but could do with the car being delieverd for a resonable price too, cheers guys:thumb:

if your goin to put a different engine in would a rolling shell not be the best ??

What course are you studying? surely if you only need to demonstrate your knowledge then a rolling shell is fine? aslong as its MOTable

btec national diploma in motor vehicle, just something to show i can do something motor vehicle wise on, so wanting to do engine swap on a nova, cheers

Find a cheap Nova in your local free ads & buy it.
Then find a cheap 2.0 8v or ecotec w/box & fit it with the necessary shafts & mounts.
Short of delivering all the parts to your door, what help do you expect. You are the trainee mechanic afterall.

and yes, the shell is as good as it looks, no idea why it was scrapped!
