They should both be 12v 21Watts - 382 1156 Single connection 15mm bayonet base type bulb normally used for fogs, indicators, reverse etc.
groovy, that'll do nicely. I assume these (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-x-19-LED-RED-STOP-OR-REAR-FOGLIGHT-21W-BULBS-1156-382_W0QQitemZ120480087865QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Car sParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1c0d2c3f39) are the jobbers I want, opposite pin?

Yes mate 99% sure IIRC that it's opposite pins. I get my shizzle from ultraleds and have stop/tail & rear fog from there and they have been spot on. I'm normally a bit weary (sp) about gettin LED's of the bay. Either way the LED fogs look so much better and brighter than ordinary bulbs.

so you've already got dazzling front lights, to piss off oncoming motorists, and now you want to do the same for following ones too?
Same as newer cars mowgli.

FOGlights you gimp. Last time I checked they were supposed to be pretty darned bright so yocu an see them through fog.
So 1 car didnt have them? think about it this way, most high level (middle brake light in laymans terms) are LED.
Id rather dazzle the guy behind than he/she not see me brake at all.
