cavalier shifter conversion..worth it??

was thinking of doing a cavalier internal shifter conversion but wondered what the advantages where apart from making room for exhaust ,which i dont need, can anyone suggest any other wats to improve shifting on an f20?:thumb:

As above, with a rosejointed linkage its so much better than standard shifter.
