Some of you may know that me, MC and CP run a gate automation business in bedfordshire, those that didn't know do now. Anyway, we were contacted a few weeks ago to quote for several automated gates on an estate near Newmarket. After securing the contract we met with one of the estate representatives at their offices. We soon discovered that the owner of the estate is the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. His name is Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. In 2008, his wealth was estimated at $28 billion

Previous to Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Our wealthiest customer was Bernard Lewis who owns the River Island franchise. Next to Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Lewis is only worth £770m.

Regretably thier wealth has no impact on how much we charge, although, with the Newmarket Estate job I might suggest adding another 0 on the end to see if they notice, hehe.

In our experience the equipment we use is some of the best on the market.

Thats a pretty good endorsement of your business, I'd say. One of the richest chaps in the world, who can probably afford to pay anyone to install anything has chosen you for the job. :thumb:

My girlfriend is involved in the endurance horse scene and sheikh Mo is heavily involved, he quite often pays for rides to be organised and takes part himself. His entourage is massive! He even has outriders alongside him when he's riding, including quadbikes, Rangerovers and G-Wagons (most with UAE# reg plates). My mrs went and used his bog once, cos the public ones were a bit dirty PMSL.
When they held the world championships in Dubai, they bulldozed the desert to create a track (endurance rides are upto 160km) and created mini oasis watering points along the circuit, complete with crates of Evian for the horses to drink. Even at the rides in the UK, he has 4x4's meet his horses at all the check points and chilled bottled water is thrown over the horses.

28 billion pounds, **** man, I could buy EVERYsingle one of my dream cars and STILL have billions left, then I could build a race track on my own grounds and still have at least 20 billion left.

Damn, 28 billion pounds.

You and Mark would have to resist the temptation of shagging each other on the beach. They dont appreciate that sort of thing!
