tbh you'd be hard pushed to find a nova body kit nowadays. In fact at all the shows I went to this year I only saw 2 (a Novadose one and a Bat motorsport one).

Novadose one is decent - the rear end looks smart and if you fit the fogs in the front it looks good.

Bat motorsport ones are okay but thats about as big as I'd go on the front end before you turn into a snow ploough.

Kits to avoid (IMO) - Delta ones - always reminded me of a lass I knew who tucked her skirt into her pants after going to the bog and any Kingdom ones - way too big for a Nova (eg the Scooby style front ends)

The old style Magnum ones werent bad but theyre pretty dates now (as are most).

Theres a lot to be said for designing your own kit. Its actually not that difficult and if you use an existing bumper to model if off you could make a master to take a mold from easily enough...

Here's my front end wip for Puntova - a little beyond the "standard" modded kit I'll grant you but not beyond most people who have used fibreglass and know their way about a sander...

i don't actually mind kitted up novas if the job is done well enough. i would go for novadose rear and skirts but not sure about the front bumper, it all depends on which wheels you go for i think.

the car above works well, just a shame most people now will disagree with it.

It look like a Vectra! (Ade).

IMO the Fibresports Novadose kit has stod the test of time a little. I never thought I would think that tbh. Back 10 years ago I absolutely loathed it beyond comprehension, but seeing as there is barely any cars in the club with the kit, it would go down pretty well & be individual IMO.

Thats not to say the whole kit needs to be fitted, the skirts were a bit 'naff' IMO.

I used a combination of the Novadose kit and Gsi kit when I had mine.

The bumper has been smoothed of the fog lamp holes etc, the Laguna/Espace splitter helps too.

I dont think there is any doubt, but if you want to stand out amongst all the GSi's, GSi reps & mk1 SR reps that will be in abundance next year, A subtle kitted Nova could be the ticket to turning a few heads at a show or 2. :thumb:
