Will the small disklok fit a 330mm steering wheel?

Manufacturers state 350-390mm, but has anybody tried one? They seem highly rate pieces of kit and I'd like to fit one.

Pass but you may find its too loose and can be slid off the wheel, hows about a snap-off bos kit, no need for a disclok that way, as there is no steering wheel in the car to need locking, much better imo:thumb:

Thought about that, but I'd rather not have to carry a steering wheel around Tesco with me. Although I'd rather that than have my car nicked TBH.

I'm not sure how the mechanism on the disclock actually works so I'm not too sure about whether the 20mm difference would make too much difference

The newer ones have a lock on the boss so you can lock your wheel onto the boss (for the times where you know your car will be safe enough to leave the wheel on)

they are supposed to be loosish anyhow as not to be anle to break the steering lock with them on.

They are pretty good, takes a good five minutes to get one off.

It won't be a problem.

Well worth it IMO. Second only to no a snap-off boss as a visual deterrent.
I like my car to look old/standard though, so a lack of steering wheel would probably get peoples interest and isn't suited to me/this car. lol

Incidentally, you can get Diskloks for £40 + vat from these fellas

My local motorfactors still wants £110 for one, I noticed last night. He doesn't move with the times though. He still has the same Pioneer voice drive CD changer once found in Project Proby! :D lol
