hi there im going to build a 2.5 v6 nova but am struggling with finding a engine mount any help ?

lol think im gunna try and make 1 outta 1 miece if metal bit scary tho dont want it to fall out lol

If you aint got no faith in your own work or capabilities then dont even bother IMO.

just dont fancy the mount making lol if i can find a mount then megga but wouldnt mind not welding 1 thats all and dont fancy bending 3mm into place lolas im doing most of the work on me drive again like the other convertions im tacking the BACK YARD RACING motto will probs end up on the projects bit wi loads of info lol

Make a template from cardboard, cut the plate and pay a pro to weld it then.

got 1 made for nowt nah my mates goin to do it for me he is making it one piece of 4mm steel with strenthening plates bargin !!

No off the shelf mount available, measure up and make it yourself. Its not THAT different from a normal XE front mount anyway, so either use that as a guide, or as said make a cardboard template.

No I'm not taking mine out and measuring it lol

i got one profesionaly made its foo****kin masive but a real good job i could draw it up and mark the holes up for you if that is any help pm me

you only need to jack it up and whip the mount off, pfft!

to get to the mount you'd need to take the exhaust off as well, and possibly also one of the coolant hoses to the rad... effort lol

iirc novadoneitthistime makes them. alsomr astley has done the v6 nova, and may supply a mount if asked nice nuff.:thumb:

thanks for all the help putting it to 1 side at the mo as got another project to do aswell doin a c20ne turbo need to get it done soon
