My locks are fucked!

I have solex locks on my nova and the fucking barrel just came out in my hand after trying to get the key out of it!
How easy will it be to put the barrel back onto the car, and make sure it doesnt come off!? Any help much appreciated.
How would I re-fit the lock, as I've never done this B4.
The car is safe because I had just finished fitting a nice alarm system from Toad.

There is supposed to be a little split pin in the back to hold a nut on, no doubt yours was missing and you have a nut in the bottom of your door!
Just take the trim off and have a look they are dead, dead simple.

If you just had a new alarm fitted why don't you upgrade to keypad central locking, its no that expensive, then you can remove the locks altogether.
