sr clock change

i'm in the process of changing the dash in me nova from the standard 1.2 for a sr one but when i wired it in the fuel was readin over full when the tank wasn't even half full,
is the sender different?

nope all senders are the same

chek you wiring you may have wired a perm live to it by mistake by the sounds of it

you have changed the plugs havent you? not just plugged them straight in as the wiring is difrent

The guage reads full when it is getting ) volts. I think you've pinched a wire and it's grounding on the body. Take it all out and check your conections.
