Fuel tank changes, fuel line change (mainly to be on the safe side), Wiring (need to add things like fuel pump wires and your need to splice in your engine loom into the cars loom, for dials and stuff)

Preety much it iirc.

Fuel pump- use the injection one! But youll need to run a switchable live feed to it.

Just bolt the carb on, and give it a go!

Remove all relays, and all electrics to do with the ecu!

Also, dont the injection models spark off the crank sensor? Thus needing all the ecu sheet still there?

Right, you mean an engine swap?

Not converting anything?

Get a 1400sr engine loom, and wire that in, also you will need a tank, and fuel level sender!

might be easiest waiting for an mot failed 1.4 nova on ebay. buy that for cheap and then u can pinch the tank/fuel lines/engine/ignition system/ even the loom if u fancied... everything u need, then scrap the shell. plus its alot easier to move an engine around if its allready in a car, and u know that its a runner. also on the insurance front if u wanted to declare it, having the info of the car that the engine came from would probably make things easier for your insurers

edit : yours aint a 5 door is it ? im not 100% but i think the 3 and 5 doors have different shaped tanks. so u might run into a prob whether yours or the one u buy is different.

5 dr has the same tank as a 4 dr loon, if that helps.
