Mr 58 is correct, its when a user doesnt have enough influence, i.e. a low post count or has only been a member for a short time, they cannot influence your rep count in either way be it positive or negative, it just shows as 'rep' and it will probably say n/a on it!

Oh right, doesn't say n/a or anything.

I've always been able tp po or reg rep tho... Is it a new thing?

Ahhh just looked, its from wwmnw and he has a rep level of -10, so therefore because he is unloved the rep system will not let him influence your rep in case he tries to neg rep you to share the unlove lol

Dude's I got RJ's sarcasm, I even read his rep link a while back. I was being sarky on top of that hence the little wink next to my post.
