Well... As most of you probabley know my beloved TS 50 was stolen from me afew weeks ago :(, still not been found so last week we thought it was about time to try and find a new mode of transport.

We looked for days on end (If you want to make a small profit in life, buy and sell 50cc non-scooter-type- bikes!!) untill we found this little gem on ebay. A Derbi Senda X-Treme 50 R. The guy wanted £1,200 for it, however we managed to get him down to £850!!!

Its a "restricted" :p 50cc enduro bike, needs a new chain & sprocket and im replacing the tyres for piece of mind.

As it was the night we got it back after a quick wash:

Whilst washing it though, the front L plate parted with the mudguard lol, so i made a super-cheap one from red insulation tape which actually looks quite good, i also wire brushed and re-painted the exhaust in satin black high-temp paint. Totally transforms the bike:

And one of me on it, as most of you know im not a small kid lol:

£850 + £450 insurance, not too bad i dont think. Especially seen as its 08 plate :d

So, shall be turning upto the next NW meet on this now instead, and its ALOT quieter :p

Nice bike, I like 50cc bike's, they can be made to go fairly quick for not very much £ and fuel lasts ages!

I wonder if this has the same motor as the original Derbi Sendas ? I remember them to be fairly nippy!

Your TS is probably a field bike now :(

Remember what i said about a disclok and a sparkrite alarm bud, aslong as it grabs your attention that some little cnut is trying to have it away then its a few quid well spent:thumb:

5mins?

I could have his derbi away in under 10 seconds!

You only need to unclip 1 connector for the coil earth (I know my bikes and the colour of leads lol) and snap the steering lock!

If you want dave, at the next meet, ill show you how to stop them nicking it quite so easily!

Also, the sheer bolts in the headset are sheet, swap them for some decent strength ones!

Also, 58mph doesnt happen!

A sorted rs 50 will do a realistic 55mph!

These sit at 49-50mph on a speed trap/sat nav!

Also, renthal chain and sprockets!

DO NO BUY SHEET CHAINS AND SPROCKETS!
