Take to a bodyshop.

Or warm the paint up and carefully use a hammer and dolly to fold the lips up..

Size of tyres and offsets and such. Oh and they are build by pi*sed spanards so they are have huge panel differences..

you've got the wrong offset then, mine sat a couple of mm's away from the arch lip at -60MM

On the one i've got now it has 15" with the wrong offset and rubbed on standard suspension, i had to take out the rear lips when i got it lowered

http://www.driverstechnologyassociation.co.uk/wheel-offset.htm

basically, offset is what dictates how far the outside of the wheel sits from the hub, if the outside of the wheel sits farther away from the hub than its meant to, you will get rubbing on the arch, just like if it sits too close to the hub, you could get rubbing on the damper on the inside

would the alloys hit the arch lip if it was allowed to go down that low?
