20 xe sump gasket (which one?)

Whats the best sump gasket to put on my engine, ive heard people sometimes fit the 8v gasket is that right?

Anything else i should look at replacing while doing it?

Its a c20xe what do you think?? lol

Use a rubber one from a 2ltr 8v calibra, theres a tab you may have to bend out the way to clear the crank, have a search for it.

Will need to use shorter bolts or cut a bit off yours

Yeah its the same as the 8v one, baffle with rubber gasket bonded on. Again needing short bolts (m6x20)

Yes mines leaking, you dont have a part number do you benn? or an engine ref and year its from?

Cheers rich, ive bought the gasket etc , should i need any sealer on this as well? Or just bolt it up?

I use a small line of rvt over the oil pump and crack joining ends.
